• I help ease a mom’s transition into pumping before heading back to work

• I provide education on hand-expression, pumping equipment, proper milk storage, bottle feeding, pumping methods that maximize output, and on maintaining milk production while pumping

• I provide follow-up support (brief email/phone check-ins after initial consult)

• Access to my Feeding Support Resources Page for established clients. This page is updated periodically with my favorite resource links, downloadable guides, slides, and videos on several lactation topics to help you along your feeding journey.
