My 1 HR Sleep Support Consults include:

• Access to my Mini Intake Form provided via the scheduler on this page which you will need to complete in order to book your virtual consult call with me. This intake form will provide me with important information to best support you and your family.

• 60 minute Virtual Consultation with me via Zoom or Google Meet to discuss your intake, noted red flags, your unique challenges and sleep goals, preliminary changes you can start making to improve your family’s sleep right away, and attachment based strategies to help you make needed changes around your child’s sleep—gradually and without sleep-training.

• Personalized Action Plan via email following our call, including summary notes of key points and strategies discussed during our call, any relevant PDF guides and linked resources, suggested referrals to specialists, and other helpful information as needed and at my discretion.

• Access To A Sleep Support Client’s Page filled with extra sleep related information, downloadable documents, and links to empower you to navigate any future sleep challenges on your own.

• 1 Follow-up Email Exchange 1 week after our consult call addressing any question/challenges/concerns.

You have the option of booking more than 1HR if you feel you need it and can choose how many consult hours you’d like to book with me by increasing the quantity below [1 quantity = 1 hour] before adding to your cart.
